Where is AlKazemi Travel Agencies W.L.L. office located?
We’re in Aliaa Commercial Center, Kuwait City. Our office is opposite the J.W.Marriott Hotel on Salem Al Mubarak St.
What are the office opening hours for the travel agency?
We have a morning and night shift for your convenience:
8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
If you have an emergency, our team can also be reached outside of office hours, simply visit our team page on the website for more details.
How can I book online?
Firstly you need to be a registered member. Once you’ve completed the process, you can use the booking option on the homepage to find flights to suit your schedule. Our customer service agent will then contact you to confirm your booking.
How do I register on the website?
At the top, right side of the website you’ll find a “register” button. Simply enter your details to create a valid account and then you can make secure bookings. One of our agents will contact you to confirm all your details are correct.
Do I have to register to be able to use the website?
No, but we strongly advise registering in order to avoid the lengthy process to repeatedly entering your personal details and to maximise the security of your account. Registering also allows you to receive notifications of exclusive seasonal travel offers that may be of interest to you.

How do I know that booking is secure?
Our secure service gateway legally encrypts all transaction to protect you against fraud or unintentional information disclosure to third parties.
When you enter your credit card or visa details on our website they are sent via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and are encrypted to protect you.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You should receive an email with your final booking confirmation, if you do not receive it, then check your junk mail or call our customer service team on +965 22450655 or +965 69988185.
What is the cancellation policy for AlKazemi Travel Agencies W.L.L.?
